Please check your processed laundry upon delivery as we can’t accept any claims for damage or loss afterward.
We will do our best to remove the stain/s safely, nevertheless, stain removal is not always guaranteed and processing charges will still be applicable in any case.
Please check your garments before handing them over. We will not be responsible for any valuables left in the laundry.
If the laundry is not received within 30 days from the date of delivery, the laundry may be disposed off, and we will not be responsible for compensating the client for it.
A compensation of 10 times the processing charges of the related laundry item will be applied in case of damage or loss.
Returns or compensation will be credited to your account- no cash refunds or cash compensations.
The minimum order value forfree pick up and delivery service eligibility is 50 AED.
Standard delivery time for garments are 48 hours.
